  • Bespoke media wall design and manufacturing
  • Professional installation services
  • Consultation and planning services
  • After-sales support and maintenance

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
  • Remaining balance due before delivery
  • Payment accepted via bank transfer, card, or approved credit terms
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation terms:

  • Lead times are typically 3-14 working days
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Installation services are provided by qualified professionals
  • Access requirements must be confirmed before delivery

5. Warranty and Returns

We provide a comprehensive warranty on our products:

  • 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects
  • 6-month warranty on installation workmanship
  • Custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of discovery

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential losses, delays, or damages beyond our reasonable control.
